License Agreement

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Trenches ("the Game"), including all related services, websites, and applications provided by Trenches ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Access and use our website and related services
• Purchase, own, and use in-game items and digital assets

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or networks
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to your account

3. Ownership

The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Trenches and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.

3.1 In-Game Items

Digital items purchased or earned within the Game are licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited license to use these items within the Game according to our terms. Blockchain-based items (NFTs) are subject to the terms of the underlying blockchain and smart contracts.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload (such as clips and comments). However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Game and our services.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Game is immediately revoked.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any part thereof at any time. We are not obligated to provide updates, enhancements, or support for the Game.

7. Third-Party Services

The Game may integrate with third-party services including:

• Epic Games Store for distribution and authentication
• Solana blockchain for digital assets and transactions
• Wallet providers for cryptocurrency transactions

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
